The National Key Scheme (NKS) offers disabled people independent access to locked public toilets around the country. Toilets fitted with N&C Phlexicare RADAR National Key Scheme (NKS) locks can now be found in shopping centres, pubs, cafés, department stores, bus and train stations and many other locations in most parts of the country. N&C locks have been tested to meet requirements set out in BS8300.
PLEASE NOTE: The latch bolt can be easily reversed for inward or outward opening doors. To determine the hand that is required, stand inside the toilet cubicle. If the hinges are on the right of the door you will need to configure as a right hand lockset. If the hinges are on the left you will need to use as a left hand lockset.
