Electromagnetic door holder designed to hold fire doors open in areas where access is needed. Used in conjunction with the building's fire alarm system and suitable Power Supply Unit (PSU). When the alarm is activated power to the retaining magnet is cut allowing the door closing mechanism fitted to shut the door. Integral release button allows the door to be closed without operating the fire alarm system if required.
