Chubb 3R35 is a 5 detainer mortice deadlocking latch suitable for external wooden doors where slam action is required. The door is secured by an automatic deadlocking action, whilst the snib can be used to hold the bolt back when the door needs to be left ajar. The operating handle on the inside can be secured by key from either side.

Separate door handles are available with independently sprung handles, and are handed.
