The Rutland TS.7104 Floor Spring is a slimline floor spring ideal for locations such as hospitals and care homes where ease of opening is essential. It comes as adjustable power size EN1-4 and is enhanced with powerful, user friendly cam and roller action mechanisms. Supplied as combined unit unless otherwise indicated.
The PS.190 is spindle bearing which helps improve performance and also has a double lockable anti-vibration door strap. This helps to hold the door inline and maintains the fire integrity. Spindle bearing for improved performance. Stronger bottom strap with universal pattern slot. Can be used on most manufactured spindle bearings or floor springs
