This is a single-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam which has a fire rating of up to 240 minutes in certain configurations.
With its high-yield formulation and expansion value of 30-40 times its volume, it can be expected to create up to 30 litres of cured, fire-resistant foam.
Having excellent thermal and acoustical insulation, good adhesion on most substrates (except PTFE, PE and PP) it is used extensively throughout the construction industry. It seals, fills joints and gaps between door frames, walls, floors and around pipework, etc. providing integrity and prevention of fire and smoke.
